Michelle Obama: First Lady Of Fitness

Football drills, tennis, biking, running, cycling, dancing, running drills with the cast of The Biggest Loser, and rocking pushups with Ellen Degeneres AND Desmond Tutu….  Michelle Obama certainly walks the walk. And she keeps things fresh by trying new things and mixing up her workouts.

Getting outside, playing a sport, trying a new class, going for a hike etc.: try to vary your workouts from time to time. It helps stave off boredom, will improve your overall fitness and you might discover new favorites. When’s the last time you tried something new? :)

I’ve just taken a shower and blow dried my hair partly. I’m sooooo over heatedd ughh.
And its 6:12 and I wanted to be there early- and it starts at 7 and merrr.

This party is going to be fun.

We made jello shots last night and today I made no-bakes…… I’m going to be eating like crap later…. which reminds me I need to be drinking water right now.

I just wanted to make this to show people that what they may think is effective for weight loss actually isn’t. The first picture was taken after a week or so of heavy restricting and binging. The second picture was taken after a week of healthy eating & exercise. 
You know what else? You shouldn’t let the scale define your progress. I am the exact same weight in both pictures but yet I look different. 
Start treating your body with love. Nourish yourself and you’ll see results. I promise. 
Please listen to this message. Please eat today. 
Everyone who has ever contemplated losing weight through unhealthy methods needs to see this.
So I’m scrolling through my dashboard while eating Chobani and then I read the notes and all the contents in my mouth literally landed on the computer screen & I’ve spend the past 2 minutes cleaning it. Wow, thank you all so much for spreading this message.
